Account Deletion Request

Delete Your Account In The App

If you have access to your Dana Nails account, you can request deletion directly inside the app:

1. Open the Dana Nails app.
2. Go to the Profile screen.
3. Select the delete account option.
4. Confirm the deletion request.

Contact Us For Account Deletion

If you cannot access the app, you can contact us by email and ask us to delete your account.

Please include the phone number or email address connected to your Dana Nails account so we can identify the correct account.

Data That Will Be Deleted

When your account is deleted, we delete account data such as:

• Name
• Phone number
• Email address, if provided
• City
• Appointments and booking information linked to your account
• Appointment history linked to your account

Data Retention

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Some limited information may be kept only if required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or business record purposes.
